Who operates this App

Pierre Bordier, an independent Google Ads consultant based in Geneva, Switzerland. The App is used solely by Pierre Bordier to run his own freelance Google Ads management practice — it is not distributed to, or operated by, any other person or organization.

What Google user data the App accesses

Through the Google Ads API (OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), the App accesses:

• Campaign, ad group, keyword, and performance/reporting data (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions) for Google Ads accounts that are linked, with the account owner's consent, under Pierre Bordier's Google Ads manager account (MCC).
• The ability to send a manager-link (read-only access) invitation from Pierre Bordier's manager account to a Google Ads account ID that a prospective client has voluntarily provided through a form on pierrebordier.com. This action does not itself grant access to that account's data — the prospective client must separately and explicitly accept the invitation in their own Google Ads account before any data becomes accessible.

The App does not request access to any other Google service or data type (no Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, etc.).

How this data is used

• To provide Pierre Bordier's core freelance service: analyzing and managing Google Ads accounts on behalf of clients who have engaged him for that purpose.
• To generate internal performance dashboards and reports used to advise clients on their own advertising accounts.
• To streamline the account-access request step of the free audit offered on pierrebordier.com, by automatically sending the manager-link invitation instead of requesting it manually by email.

Google user data accessed through this API is never used for any other purpose.

How this data is shared

Google user data accessed through this App is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party, data broker, or advertising network. It is used exclusively by Pierre Bordier, for the direct benefit of the Google Ads account owner who granted access, in the context of the consulting engagement between them.

The App does not use Google user data for targeted, personalized, or retargeted advertising; for determining credit-worthiness or lending eligibility; to train generalized (non-personalized) AI or machine-learning models; or to build a database for resale or any purpose unrelated to the client engagement it was collected for.

How this data is protected

• All API requests use OAuth 2.0 and travel exclusively over HTTPS/TLS.
• API credentials (developer token, OAuth client secret, refresh token) are stored server-side only, as environment-level constants on Pierre Bordier's own WordPress installation — never in source control, never exposed to the browser or to any third party.
• Access to the systems that hold this data is limited to Pierre Bordier.

Data retention and deletion

Google Ads performance data is retained only for the duration of the consulting engagement with each client, plus a limited period afterward for record-keeping. An account owner can revoke the App's access at any time directly from their own Google Ads account (Admin > Access and security > Managers), which immediately stops any further data access. To request earlier deletion of any data already retrieved, contact pierrebordier98@gmail.com.
